Shipping Information

As soon your payment clears we will acknowledge receipt and ship within 5 working days.  Shipping is always done by insured tracked method through Canada Post.

Shipping in Canada is $12 and to USA is $20. For the countries other than Canada  and USA it is usually between $40 and $60. For some countries tracking and insurance is not available so please email us or consult Canada Post.

For purchases totaling $500 or more and weight of 500 gr or less we will pay the shipping. For large heavy pieces contact us for the shipping cost.
 

Return Policy

To limit return costs to you, please e-mail or phone for more details about the specimen(s) you want to buy.  While we sold hundreds of specimens chosen from our photos we are aware that photo is not the same as holding the actual specimen.

If you have to return the specimen:  Call or email within 7 days of receipt, explain the reasons. If approved; pack  as received and send by secure tracked service. Any damage will forfeit the return privilege.

If you request the substitute of equal or higher value restocking charge of 15% will not apply and shipping cost to you will be paid by us..
